Getting Started
Download Suplagen on your iPhone and complete the short onboarding. Share your goals, preferences, and current supplements, and the app generates your personalized plan with a daily dosing schedule.
Reminders & Notifications
Suplagen schedules dose reminders around your wake and sleep times. If reminders are not arriving, open iOS Settings, tap Notifications, select Suplagen, and make sure Allow Notifications is turned on.
Subscriptions & Billing
Suplagen Pro subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iOS Settings under your Apple ID subscriptions. To recover a purchase on a new device, use Restore Purchases inside the app. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Account & Data
You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app from the Profile tab. For privacy questions or data requests, email [email protected] and we will help you out.
