By accessing or using Suplagen, including the website at suplagen.com and the Suplagen iOS application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Suplagen is an AI-powered supplement tracker that provides:

• Personalized supplement recommendations based on your health profile and goals
• Interaction checking to identify potential conflicts between supplements in your stack
• Optimized dosing schedules tailored to your routine and preferences
• Supplement tracking and progress monitoring tools

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Suplagen. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Suplagen offers the following plans:

• Free plan: $0 forever, with access to core tracking features
• Pro plan: $4.99/month or $1.99/week, with access to all premium features including AI-powered recommendations and advanced interaction checking

All payments are processed through Apple in-app purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies. Suplagen does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds outside of the Apple ecosystem.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Suplagen is NOT a medical device and is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information and recommendations provided by Suplagen are for informational and educational purposes only.

Supplement interaction data is sourced from reference databases and may not be exhaustive. New interactions and contraindications are continually being discovered, and our database may not reflect the most recent findings at all times.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or modifying any supplement regimen, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking prescription medications.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, algorithms, and software associated with Suplagen are the exclusive property of Suplagen and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our service without prior written consent.

7. User Responsibilities

When using Suplagen, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful health information to receive the most relevant recommendations
• Use the service only for its intended purpose of supplement tracking and information
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of our application
• Not use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

8. Limitation of Liability

Suplagen is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Suplagen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Suplagen is not liable for any health outcomes resulting from actions taken based on the recommendations or information provided by the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Suplagen at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Suplagen after the revised terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
